Hi, I'm Natalie
Hi! My name is Natalie Turner. I have spent my life involved in fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals. I am a certified personal trainer with a certification from Precision Nutrition. It is my passion to see other women be empowered, feel confident, and change their bodies, by lifting weights and eating food that fuels their body. I myself, spent much of my life as a competitive runner and college athlete, lifting weights on the side but never as a main source of fitness. My body composition didn't change much until I began to lift heavy weights and eat enough food to fuel my body. I want women to know that they can eat more food and have the body they want by changing what they do for their main source of exercise. The aesthetics is a bonus to how strong and confident you will feel!
I am certified as a Personal Trainer, Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, Registered Yoga Teacher, Level 1 Track and Field Coach, and a Certified Nutrition Coach.
